Our standard order processing time is 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note that customized products, made-to-order items, special-size requests, or special product requests may require additional preparation time. In such cases, processing may take approximately 6 to 8 business days before dispatch.

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery usually takes approximately 6 to 8 business days, depending on your destination, courier service, and local delivery conditions.

Cancellation requests received within this time frame will be reviewed and accepted where possible. However, if your order has already entered processing, production, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For customized, made-to-order, or special-request products, cancellations may not be accepted once production or preparation has started.
