Return and Refund Policy

At Sial Fighter, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing boxing gloves, training gear, and related boxing equipment from our store. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, size, or choice, so we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This helps us review your request and guide you through the next steps.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must not show signs of training use, sweat, damage, stains, odor, or wear
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, inserts, and accessories must be included
  • The item must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
  • The return request must be made within the allowed return period

Boxing gloves, wraps, protective gear, and training equipment that show signs of use may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, and product condition reasons.

Sial Fighter reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped after the returned item has been accepted.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Sial Fighter is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the issue

If the issue is approved after review, Sial Fighter may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product
  • An exchange
  • Another suitable resolution based on the situation

If the mistake was caused by us, or the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, Sial Fighter will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Used boxing gloves or gear
  • Items with sweat, odor, stains, or visible wear
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, poor care, or improper storage
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items, where stated on the product page

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing, production, packaging, or shipment preparation.

Customized or special-request items may not be cancellable once preparation has started.
